Your Responsibilities:

Lateral management of complex, technical, customer-specific and international development projects (hardware, software, mechanics, system integration) in an agile project environment
Project and milestone planning
Customer and supplier communication
Identify and remove impediments in the development team, as well as at interfaces with other departments
Designing the necessary framework conditions and freedom for self-organised, efficient and purposeful agile development teams within the Defense Land business unit
Coaching colleagues m/f/d in agile methods
Exchange partner m/f/d and consultant m/f/d with regard to agile working
Active shaper m/f/d of agile development within our organisation
Promoting self-management and personal responsibility of team colleagues m/f/d

Your Qualifications:

Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or comparable field of study
Experience in agile project management and methodological competence
First professional experience in project management
Experience in the lateral leadership of teams is an advantage
Good technical understanding of mechatronic or optoelectronic systems
Optimally experience in technical product development
Scrum Master or Lean certification an advantage
Initial experience in the area of functional safety is a plus
Moderation skills, strong negotiation skills, conflict management skills and communication skills
Business fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel
