Your responsibilities:

Software development for microcontroller based controls
Programming of ARM Cortex-M based microcontroller, such as typical microcontroller interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN)
Programming of embedded systems, e.g. linux based systems
Development of the software architecture and implementation of software for the target hardware
Development according to the process of aviation (DO178) and/or automotive (ISO26262) including the associated documentation
Close cooperation with the ‚Verification & Validation‘ Team, e.g. implementation of unit tests with LDRA
Working in a motivated project team within the department of ‚Research & Development‘ and the subdivision ‚Software Design‘

Your Qualifications:

A post baccalaureate technical degree (Bachelor or Master in electrical engineering, embedded systems or comparable course of studies)
Several years of experience as a developer or engineer m/f/d is necessary
Very good knowledge in the programming languages C/C++
Good knowledge in programming of ARM Cortex-M based microcontrollers (preferably ST STM32 and NXP S32K platform)
Experience in dealing with measurement technology and hardware-related development
Understanding of systems and analytical skills
Knowledge in image signal processing is a plus
Knowledge in programming language Python and C# is a plus
Good business and technical English and good knowledge of German
